Plants may experience temporary stress when transitioning between environments. It is normal for plants to need time to adjust after delivery. Minor leaf drop, color variation, or temporary appearance changes may occur as plants acclimate to new surroundings.
Customers should allow time for adjustment and follow recommended care guidance before making major changes to plant care routines.

Natural Plant Variation
Each plant is unique. Variations in size, fullness, leaf shape, and coloration are natural characteristics of living plants and are not considered defects.
Shipping Damage
If a plant arrives physically damaged during delivery, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the plant and packaging. Eligible claims will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
