• Orders $0.00 – $69.99: Standard Shipping $8.00
• Orders $70.00 – $100.00: Standard Shipping $12.00
• Orders $100.01 and up: Free Standard Shipping

House and Leaf currently ships within the United States. Additional shipping regions may be added in the future.
Delivery Carriers & Timing
House and Leaf works with trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders safely. Delivery timelines after shipment may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or regional service delays.
House and Leaf is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. House and Leaf is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
House and Leaf is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure delivery locations are secure and monitored.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier first and then notify House and Leaf for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello.houseandleaf@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. House and Leaf cannot guarantee order cancellations or shipping address changes once processing has begun. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
